How prompts work:

Each meeting type (Coaching, Sales, Workshops, etc.) has its own AI prompt that tells the system what to extract from the transcript. Active prompts are shown in the stats above and can be edited in the Admin section.

What happens when you classify:

1. Meeting type updates in the database
2. AI re-analyzes the transcript with the correct prompt
3. System extracts relevant data (attendees, action items, etc.)
4. Results sync to HubSpot and other integrations
